Nach Jahren im Bürojob bemerkte ich eine ständige Steifheit im Nacken und im unteren Rücken. Zuerst dachte ich, ich brauche einfach einen besseren Stuhl — aber selbst nach einem Upgrade ging die Spannung nicht weg. Eines Tages stieß ich auf die Idee, jede Stunde aufzustehen und mich zu dehnen, auch wenn es nur eine Minute ist. Ich stellte mir einen wiederkehrenden Timer am Handy und machte einen einfachen Stretch über Kopf plus ein paar Schulterkreisen. Zu meiner Überraschung war der Effekt fast sofort da: Ich fühlte mich wacher, und meine Rückenschmerzen wurden nach und nach weniger. Nach ein paar Wochen hatte ich seltener Kopfschmerzen und eine bessere Haltung über den Tag. Ich kombinierte das Dehnen auch mit ein paar tiefen Atemzügen, was mir zusätzlich einen mentalen Reset gab. Heute kann ich mir keinen Arbeitstag ohne diese Mini-Dehnpausen vorstellen — sie sind mein geheimes Produktivitäts-Tool geworden.
