These terms describe the basic rules for using 1MinuteHabit. They are meant to explain the service in a clear product-focused way, including accounts, Premium billing, cancellation, payments, and service availability.
Using the service
You may use 1MinuteHabit for your own personal use in line with these terms and any applicable law. When using the service, you agree to:
- use the website and app for lawful, personal use and not to misuse, disrupt, or interfere with the service
- avoid uploading or sharing content that is unlawful, abusive, infringing, or harmful to others
- respect the security of the service and not attempt to access areas, systems, or data you are not authorized to use
- provide accurate information where the product depends on it, such as your account and billing details
User accounts
Some parts of 1MinuteHabit require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that happens through your account. If you think your account has been accessed without permission, contact us as soon as possible.
Premium subscriptions
1MinuteHabit may offer a paid Premium subscription with additional features. If you start a paid plan:
- your subscription gives you access to the Premium features offered for your selected plan while it remains active
- the subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it
- you can cancel at any time, and the cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period
- payments are processed by Stripe, and your billing information is handled through Stripe’s checkout and payment systems
Service changes and availability
We may update, change, pause, or remove parts of 1MinuteHabit over time, including features, pricing, and availability. We aim to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access at all times.
