Terms of Use

Eligibility and account responsibility

You may use One Minute Habit only if you can validly agree to these terms or have any parent or guardian authorization required by applicable law. The service does not provide a verified child-account flow.

You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting your sign-in credentials and devices, and activity performed through your account. Contact support promptly if you believe your account or session is being misused.

Acceptable use

• Use the service lawfully and for personal habit and wellness support.
• Do not upload unlawful, abusive, harmful, deceptive, infringing, or malicious material.
• Do not disrupt, reverse engineer where prohibited, overload, probe, or attempt unauthorized access to the service, accounts, providers, or data.
• Do not use AI, voice, image, support, or notification features to violate another person's rights or safety.

AI-generated and wellness content

AI Coach responses, habit ideas, reflection feedback, recaps, weekly reports, and generated voice can be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for a particular situation. Review generated content before relying on it.

AI Coach is not medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal, financial, or emergency advice and does not replace a qualified professional. Habit and wellness content is informational. You remain responsible for your decisions, actions, safety, and whether to seek professional or emergency help.

Do not use One Minute Habit to contact emergency services. If you may be in immediate danger or experiencing an emergency, contact the appropriate local emergency service.

Free, Plus, and Premium

• Free includes curated habits, basic tracking, streaks, and progress.
• Plus includes Free features plus unlimited Habit Sets made from curated habits, eligible speech-to-text fields, and deterministic Habit Set completion encouragement. Plus does not include AI, custom habits, generated reports, or generated voice.
• Premium includes Plus plus custom habits and images, AI Coach, AI habit generation and setup help, reflection feedback, daily recaps, Premium weekly reports, and generated Coach, reflection, recap, and weekly voice, subject to applicable consent.
• A store trial or streak-reward period can provide temporary full Premium access. Streak rewards currently provide earned 24-hour Premium periods at supported milestones and may combine when multiple earned rewards are activated. The app shows the actual access period and source.

Subscriptions, renewal, prices, and cancellation

Paid subscriptions renew automatically for the period shown by the applicable store unless cancelled before renewal. The App Store or Google Play price, currency, billing period, localized terms, tax treatment, and eligible offer shown at purchase control.

Manage or cancel an App Store subscription through Apple Account subscription settings. Manage or cancel a Google Play subscription through Google Play subscriptions. Access normally continues until the verified paid period ends.

Deleting a One Minute Habit account does not cancel, refund, or stop renewal of a store subscription. Cancel the store subscription separately. Refund eligibility is controlled by the applicable store and law.

Restoring purchases and entitlement status

Use Restore Purchases or the corresponding refresh action in the subscription screen after reinstalling or signing in. Access is enabled only after the applicable store transaction is successfully verified and associated with the signed-in One Minute Habit account.

Pending, expired, revoked, refunded, unavailable, or unverifiable purchases may not provide access. Plus and Premium features remain subject to their entitlement, connectivity, provider availability, and consent requirements.

User-provided content and uploaded images

You retain any rights you have in habits, reflections, messages, names, and images you submit. You grant 2xWD a limited permission to host, process, transmit, reproduce, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service and to comply with your settings and requests.

You must have the necessary rights and permissions for uploaded images, text, and other content. Do not upload another person's confidential information or image without authorization.

One Minute Habit intellectual property

The One Minute Habit service, brand, interface, curated content, software, graphics, and other materials provided by 2xWD are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms give you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the service; they do not transfer ownership.

External services

The service relies on external providers for hosting, authentication, billing, AI, speech, voice, media, notifications, email, analytics, region lookup, and queued work. Their terms and privacy practices may also apply to their processing.

External services can be unavailable, delayed, changed, or discontinued. 2xWD does not control store review decisions, store transaction retention, provider outages, or provider-side processing timing.

Availability and changes

Features, tiers, eligibility, content, integrations, and availability may change. Material legal or subscription changes will be presented as required. The service may be interrupted for maintenance, security, provider failures, or events outside reasonable control.

Suspension and termination

2xWD may limit, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risk, fraud, unlawful activity, provider requirements, or a material breach of these terms. You may stop using the service and may permanently delete your account in the app.

Disclaimers and limitation of responsibility

One Minute Habit is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, 2xWD does not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, a particular habit or wellness outcome, or that generated content will be accurate.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, 2xWD is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded, or any mandatory consumer right or remedy.

App Store version and Apple standard EULA

For the App Store version, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies in addition to these terms where applicable. If these terms conflict with mandatory Apple terms for the licensed application, the applicable Apple terms control.
